They performed a thorough diagnostic, quickly identified the root cause of our issue, and kept us informed every step of the way. Eric was transparent and communicative throughout the entire process, especially when the distributor sent the wrong part. Instead of immediately ordering more parts, he had his crew come back out to troubleshoot with tech support first, which ended up saving us both time and money. We had initially called another company to pump our tank, and they told us we needed to replace our pump at a cost of $3,800. Thankfully, we got a second opinion from Eric, who provided an honest diagnosis and a much more reasonable quote saving us over $2,000!!! It’s hard to find dependable, trustworthy service these days, but Eric and his team absolutely delivered. I highly recommend them for their professionalism, integrity, and excellent customer service!

It was time to have our septic pumped. Called the company that took care of it when we moved in. Their price seemed very high, saw a Hometown Septic ad and read through the comments. Each question was responded to with a dm. I sent a message early morning, thinking they would respond around 8am. Nope, Eric responded immediately. Asked me a few basic questions and provided a very reasonable price. He was even able to fit me in same day. I am so pleased with the service, I had them put me on a 4 year reminder email. The key is maintenance! Eric is very personable and professional. I highly recommend Hometown Septic. 🙂

Had my septic tank pumped today for the first time. It was a great experience. Eric and Cole did a nice job. They called on their way to our home and gave us an ETA of 7:45-8:00 am and arrived on time. Both of them were very polite and explained to me how everything works(our first experience with septic). The whole process took about 1 1/2 hours. Hometown Septic is my go to company from now on. Price was reasonable and,even just as important, Eric returned all my communications and did everything he said he would do. I give this company a full 10/10 and would highly recommend them.

I cannot say enough about Hometown septic solutions. We had a big septic issue due to a widespread saturated ground and they had all of the equipment, replacement parts, and most importantly the knowledge to repair it. The owner, Eric, was a wonderful communicator, keeping me updated prior to the job and during the entire process. Hometown pumped my septic tank out and did a great job ! The tank had not been pumped ever . The tank had never been pumped in 37 years. It was completely full and I just thought I might should have it pumped last week. So they came today 5/20/25 and spent 3 hrs. pumping it out . Don’t wait as long as I did , because I was fortunate not to have any problems. You may not be as fortunate so pump today . Recommend pumping every 5 to 7 years .

Hometown solutions done a fantastic job on my drain field i had about 6 different companies come out for estimates and out of all of them Eric was the only one that came with devices doing measurements and flagging stuff and actually took time to explain what needed to be done when the rest of them just dug a hole at my septic and quoted me high prices i recommend hometown septic solutions too anyone great job fellas
